I am not sure if he claimed that. He claims that Russell came to him in a dream and informed him that he is the only anointed member on the earth, he wanted to be installed as president and be awarded 1 billion dollars. He also sued Apple and Google because both companies took his app off of their stores because it violated copyright laws. BTW when you sue Google you shouldn't have all correspondents go to your free Gmail account. -

June 23, 2016, is when the Judge filed his ruling for sanctions. July 6, 2016, Watchtower filed their notice of appeal. August 31, 2016, Plaintiff filed a motion for additional sanctions. September 7, 2016, Watchtower filed a motion to stay all proceedings that are listed in their appeal over the sanctions.
To verify above you can look at https://roa.sdcourt.ca.gov/roa/
Once you accept the terms of service and verify you are a human. The year is 2013 and the case number you will want to put in is 00067529.
According to the California Appeals court August 3, 2016, the court of appeals asked questions to Watchtower to see if they can even hear the case. On August 26, 2016, the court accepted the appeal to be heard but did say that they can reverse that decision. The question on the August 3 is that sanctions cannot be appealed unless it reaches 5,000 dollars, so there was a question of is each day a separate sanction or all considered the same sanction that would surpass the minimum amount of $5000.

Orphan Crow you are right. The person putting on the event wrote back and stated that the reason they are doing hemoglobin checks is to show if someone is possibly anemic and to encourage them to go to their doctor to diagnose and help manage it.

Lewis V Watchtower
by Richard Oliver inas some may know as reported by jwsurvey in october 2014 that a lawsuit against watchtower was initiated in vermont.
march 30, 2017 saw a resolution to this case with a summary judgment being filled in watchtower favor..

Dubstepped the only reason that I "resurrected" this matter now was because the case is finally resolved. Did you make the same complaint when people "resurrected" the Fessler case because it was going to trial and was looking bad for Watchtower? That was an even older case than 2014, I didn't hear you complain that it didn't matter when that case came back into everyone's' consciousness.

Has Anyone Ever Just Gotten Mad and "Popped" an Elder?
by Cold Steel init has to have happened.
people get stressed out, an elder or overseer takes just two steps over the line and gets a fat lip for his trouble.. does that ever happen?
or maybe someone "counsels" a brother at the wrong time and tempers flare at the old kingdom hall?.

One man tried to poison an elder and his family by breaking into the elder's house and using a syringe to put pesticide into the family's milk. He was later convicted of assault. This happened in Britain if I remember correctly.

In Vermont the statue of limitations is 6 years. The statute calls for the counting of time to start at 18 or when the person discovered that they were sexually abused and discovered that they suffered harm from it. The statute of limitations did not bar Lewis claim against Watchtower because the court ruled that she didn't know the True molested his step-granddaughter and elders were informed till about 2013. But the statute of limitations did bar her from sueing True because the family talked about her abuse to her while she was growing up and told mental health workers that he molested her and she suffered harm before her 18 birthday so the court ruled that a reasonable person would conclude she knew she suffered harm by 18 so the statute of limitations started on her 18th birthday.

Most ABG machines do hemoglobin and hematocrit along with the gases in blood.

For a hemoglobin count or a hemoglobin test you would need to draw blood for a complete blood count (CBC) or an arterial blood gas (ABG) that would give you hematocrit and PO2 and PCO2.
But chronic anemia to be diagnosed would require other tests. So I guess it would give someone a general idea that they may have an abnormal hemoglobin level but that that wouldn't diagnosis them with anemia.
